Do you ever wonder why your parents ask you to eat something before and after a workout?Well here is the answer:

Eating before a workout

It is highly recommended to eat before a workout as it gives you a lot of energy.Carbohydrates are most recommended before workout as they give you tons of energy.

Carbohydrates are anything that contain carbon,hydrogen and oxygen atoms.

Another option is to eat anything which gives you a lot o energy.

Importance of warm-up?

Do you wonder what would happen if we did not warm up

If you warm- up well you cardiovascular system gets a signal that you are going to exercise/play.It also increases you blood flow to your muscles which is important.The most important reasons of a warm-up is that the chances of and injury are less.It is also proven that it can also help your mental health.Without warm up your body has no signal.All your muscles and relaxing and all of a sudden if you work out,It can disturb you mental health.

Cool down is as important as warm up is.Cool down is kind of self explanatory.It cools down you body.Now,I am sure that you must be wondering with it is so important.

Once your body is warm cooling it down is highly necessary.The reason behind it is that when you are done exercising you body is still warm,You have to cool it down or other wise there are many chances of muscle pulls and really huge injuries.
